Understanding the Client’s “Lead Tracker”

This video explains the purpose of the Lead Tracker. It is the Launch Coordinator’s duty to ensure that the information on it is current.

If any information has changed, feel free to update the tracker in a way that can track the change on the launch call. E.g. Add rows to insert Locations or Occupations as suggested by the client. Highlight the current information and VERY IMPORTANT information for the Virtual Assistant to notice: Yellow.
