Website Terms & Conditions – LinkedIn Leads 3.0 Program

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all participants (“Client”) in the LinkedIn Leads 3.0 Program delivered by The Live Networker LLC (“Company”). By enrolling and submitting payment, you agree to these Terms, which are consistent with the signed Program Agreement.

1. Program Services

The Program is delivered virtually and includes three core components:

  • Branding: A one-time consultation ($1,097 value). Renewal participants receive a 45–60 minute Branding Consultation Call, with discounted rates available for banners, bio copy, or a complete re-brand.
  • LinkedIn Leads 3.0: LinkedIn account management, targeted outreach, active prospecting, and tracking through our online system (“Machine”). We guarantee 200 qualified leads, including 40+ booked appointments or ABRs per campaign. Renewal participants also receive follow-up with prior leads who did not book appointments.
  • Scripting: Proven messaging refined over 6+ years. An optional Custom Scripts Package ($997) allows for personalized language, phrases, and explanations.

2. Program Delivery

  • Program length: 120 days or until guaranteed leads are fulfilled.
  • Non-communication or loss of LinkedIn Sales Navigator access for 15 consecutive days will deem the Program delivered and complete.
  • Pausing requires Company approval and may include additional fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure Program delivery, Client agrees to:

  • Maintain an active LinkedIn Sales Navigator Premium subscription (purchased directly from LinkedIn, not included in Program fees).
  • Keep TLN-approved branding and messaging in place.
  • Allow TLN Virtual Assistants exclusive access to your LinkedIn account.
  • Avoid interfering with TLN-managed prospect conversations.
Failure to maintain these conditions may void the Program’s delivery guarantee.

4. Investment & Payment Terms

  • Nonrefundable Policy: All payments are nonrefundable once submitted.
  • Courtesy Credit: If Client exits the industry/position during the Program term, TLN may issue a prorated credit valid for 1 year. This is a courtesy, not an obligation.
  • By purchasing, Client authorizes TLN to charge the agreed Program Fee (and any selected add-ons) to their designated payment method.

5. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with a card issuer does not release Client from financial obligations under this Agreement. Any billing concerns must be resolved directly with The Live Networker LLC.

6. Term & Termination

This Agreement continues until the Program is delivered. TLN may terminate immediately for:

  • Serious/repeated breach of these Terms, or
  • Fraud, dishonesty, or materially adverse conduct.

Outstanding balances remain due in full upon termination.

7. Eligibility

By purchasing, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old,
  • Are legally capable of entering binding contracts, and
  • Have provided materially true and accurate information.
  • These Terms & Conditions are consistent with the signed Program Agreement. In case of conflict, the signed Agreement will govern.
