Shifting Prospects

  1. If the prospect was an Engaged Lead: COPY the row of information & PASTE the prospect’s information onto the “AM Booked Appointment” tab.
  2. If the prospect was a Connected Lead: CUT the row of information & PASTE the prospect’s information onto the “AM Engaged Lead” tab. Then COPY the row of information & PASTE the prospect’s information onto the “AM Booked Appointment” tab.
  3. If the prospect’s information is found as both a Connected Lead & an Engaged Lead: CUT the row of information from the Connected Lead tab & PASTE the prospect’s information onto the “AM Booked Appointment” tab.
